Organisation Development is a dynamic values-based approach to systems change in organisations and communities. It strives to build the capacity to achieve and sustain a new desired state that benefits the organisation or community and the world around them.
It was with this in mind that Margaret Devlin founded OD Professionals in 2001. OD Professionals provides an informal meeting space for people who have an interest inOrganisational Development to share ideas, concepts and experiences in a collegiate environment.
OD Professionals membership is open to anyone who has an interest in Organisation Development – OD Managers, HR Managers, Line Managers, L&D Managers, coordinators,consultants,anyone who wants to develop their knowledge of organisation development.
